While most of our ceramic mugs and tumblers can handle the dishwasher, our premium items like ceramic shot glasses, coasters, and ornaments are handwash-only to keep their designs as fresh and sassy as you are. FREE shipping on all U.S. orders! Since all our items are handmade to order, please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your order. Once it’s complete, shipping will take an additional 3 to 7 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Make sure your shipping and billing info is correct before placing your order—we can’t change it once it’s in! Also, while we aim for speed, once the package is picked up by USPS/UPS, shipping times are out of our control and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other delays.
You bet! We'll happily ship your fabulous finds wherever you are. International shipping times and rates vary, so just know that customs might delay things a bit—but your awesome new gear is totally worth the wait.
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ve got your back! Email us at hello@blushandboldco.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the damaged item. Once we confirm, we’ll replace the item for you. Please note, we don’t send replacements or issue refunds until we receive those photos.
